He has been awarded with the World Press Photo, Pictures of the Year International and Best of Photojournalism , PDN Photo Annual, International Photographer of the Year at 5th Annual Lucie Awards, Sony World Photography Awards and Aftermath Grant, nomination for Pictet Prize 2009 “Earth” and 2015 “Disorder”.
He has been Talent Manager for LUZ agency, founder and teacher at the Luz Academy. He is Leica Ambassador and teacher at the Leica Akademie and at the Scuola Romana di Fotografia. He is one founder of D.O.O.R a factory focused on photography, visual arts and publishing.
