Stefano Graziani, 1971, graduated in architecture at the IUAV in Venice, photographer, History and Tecnique of Photography professor at the Architecture Faculty, Trieste University. He has worked and published different portfolios for Domus (Yona Friedman, Le Tier Paysage, Chandigarh, Robert Smithson), A+U (Japan), Numero Press (France), Camera Austria, Territorio, Log (USA), Editoriale Motta, Repubblica, Cross, FlashArt Italia, Abitare, Monopol Magazine (Berlin), Marsilio (Catalogue for the Architecture Biennale 2008, Beyond Building, curator Aaron Betsky and Emiliano Gandolfi), Abitare/Rizzoli (Maddalena Effect, editor Studio Boeri 2009). He has worked with Multiplicity for the project Milano Cronache dell’Abitare, Mondadori, 2006, and Caracas, Island and Ghettos, Heidelberg, June 2008, later exhibited in Berlin (2009) and Graz (2009). He has been working with Armin Linke and Amedeo Martegani in Venice and with Stalker Osservatorio Nomade for Campagna Romana (2006). He Has been working for five years in the photographic lab of Design and Art faculty at IUAV, Venice, and runned different workshps, at VIU, Venice International University, with Micael Hardt, Venice and Globalization 2006, in Delft at the Alexander Vollebregt urban design unit 2007, and in Hannover at the architecture Faculty with Hilde Leon (2008), upcoming workshops in 2010 at Brussel School for Fine Arts and Istanbul School for Architecture. Taxonomies, a+m bookstore Milano 2006 (texts by Stefano Boeri, Antonello Frongia, Rene Gabri), has been presented in Milano at Multiplicity Lab, TU Delft, Cagliari FestArch, Greenwich Scool for Architecture, ZKM Karlsruhe, Cornell University in Rome, and reviewed on Il corriere della Sera, Il sole 24 ore, Camera Austria. The work has been exhibited in Italy at Fondazione Ragghianti (2006), GC.AC Monfalcone (solo show in2006/with Giulia Nomis in 2009), Festival della Filosofia, Modena (solo 2006), Villa Manin Centro d’arte Contemporanea (2007), Manifesta 7 (European Biennale for Contemporart Art, curator Anselm Franke, Hila Peleg, A Museum for Franco Basaglia, 2008)
