Do you accept submissions?
We no longer accept submissions by email, but you can participate to the SKINNERBOOX BOOK AWARD sending your dummy
How can I receive some feedback on my work?
We are always very happy to share our experience in photobook making, for this reason for groups of at least 5 people we can easily organize a SkinnerLAB
SHIPPING
I made an order online but I still didn’t receive it. What can I do?
When checking out you can choose you shipping method. Please read our shipping policies. If you chose shipping with courier you will receive a tracking code. For non-traceable services we can not provide refunds. It’s alway recommended to ship with a courier as we suggest at the checkout.
Non-traceable services are cheaper, quite sure, but we have no way to guarantee deliveries.
Which are the delivery times for orders made online?
Please read our shipping policies. Also consider we are a very small company, not AMAZON.
We try to be as fast as possible, but we are not always able to be super-fast. Hope you understand
PAYMENTS
Which payment’s methods are available?
If you buy on our e-commerce you can pay with credit card or paypal.
If you prefer paying with a bank transfer, just drop us an email with a list of books you want to receive.
